The country’s leading practitioner of LEED, Hines has built or begun construction of more than 30 million square feet of LEED rated buildings, significantly more than any other U.S. Developer.

Hines developed the first LEED Gold-rated high-rise building in the world in 2006, at 1180 Peachtree in Atlanta. MainPlace will follow that same successful certification process. While pre-certified at the Silver level, the goal is to achieve a LEED Gold rating.
